About Me
Julia Hill is a story artist and 2D animator, born and raised in Colorado and currently based out of Nashville, Tennessee. She has five years of experience working for various studios, animated series, musicians and independent clients. Julia is a reliable team player who will see a project through to the end and is passionate about crafting material that conveys heartfelt acting, creative visual story telling and thrilling action sequences.
In 2023 she animated and produced a 2D animated film called pawned that won Lipscomb university's Best Feature Award. She graduated from Lipscomb with a BFA in animation where she was mentored by professionals such as Tom and Tony Bancroft, John Pomeroy, Mike Naworki, Victoria Thornberry and others alike!
In her personal time she enjoys reading comic books and spooky stories, exploring the wilderness to find cryptids, and finding new music!
